Before joining Managed Health Services, Mr. Barth served as senior program officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies in Princeton, New Jersey, and was managed care director for the state of Indiana’s Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning.

Fred Biesecker, JD, Director
Fred Biesecker is a partner at Ice Miller LLP and previously served as counsel to former Governor Frank O’Bannon. Following his graduation from Yale Law School, Biesecker practiced law in New York City for five years before returning to his home state of Indiana. Biesecker is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Indiana as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and the Sixth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Caroline Gleason Dutkanych, Director

Jan teaches classes at IUPUI as an Assistant Professor working with counseling intern students. She serves as the liaison between Trinity Episcopal Church and Project Home Indy. Jan also participates on the Parish Life Committee, serves lunches on Sundays, and is a member of Wayne Township’s Relay for Life team.

Management Consulting Firm. Mary Jane has over 35 years of experience in
office management and administration with the private, public and state
government. She was previously employed with the former St. Elizabeth
Coleman Residential Program for Teens. She is a domestic violence advocate
and public speaker. She is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership
Association – Leadership Education and Development Program.
