Unlike the more common maternity home model, PHI provides a long-term residential environment where program opportunities are structured based on a custom, person-centered case management framework.
We're Searching for a Therapist
Project Home Indy is seeking a home-based therapist to work with our teen moms in our residential program. The therapist will work with 5-8 teens moms at a time from both our residential and alumnae programs. The therapist will conduct weekly individual sessions with each client and one or two weekly group therapy sessions. The therapist must be able to commit 15-20 hours per week to serving the clients at Project Home Indy. The therapist must:
Utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy;
Be knowledgeable about Medicaid billing requirements;
Provide therapy according to the Indiana Practice Model;
Be knowledgable in infant/toddler health and development;
Build trust-based relationships with clients by exhibiting empathy, professionalism, genuineness and respect; and
Engage, team, assess, plan, and intervene to partner with families and the community to achieve better outcomes for children.

The Project Home provides a stable, healthy and supportive environment for teen mothers to excel on their path to independence. Residents also receive an array of health services and educational programs.
